My Father

While in Illinois in May I stayed with my father, we drove around the country side. We have always loved country drives. He loves my camera and me taking pictures of all sorts of things. I enjoyed my time with him. I have for years wanted to take his photo holding his army picture. I didn't have to twist his arm to get him to go with me so I could check this off my list. Here are a few of the photos from that day. We drove to the Veterans Memorial in Louisville, IL. I'm very proud of him. Dios Leon Misenhimer...........88 years young.

A new post.....at last.

This summer has been a whirlwind. New job at an old place, travels and visits with family. I don't know where to start other than the beginning. In May we drove to Illinois to visit family for a week and had a enjoyable time. On our way there we stopped in TN to visit our oldest and her little family. Then on to Illinois see the next and his sweet family. While there I got a call from a place I worked a few years back (out of the blue) I took that job, but was able to keep my plans for the rest of the summer. Here are some pictures from May.

Grace is just the sweetest.....she loved having her picture taken as long as she could take some pictures to. I'd take one and she would take one.....lol. This is one of me that my Sweet Grace took.

"Home Away from Home"

Our little "home away from home"...........Jerry was up top cleaning the sky light, I'm not brave when it comes to heights, so you won't catch me up there.
We have it on a lot at our favorite lake "Possum Kingdom". About all we have to do is pack some clothes and a cooler of food and away we go. Starting to make it more cozy and personal.

Just got these in.....This image shows the front and back of the card. I decided to go with a simple card with one of my favorite landscape shots. This image is at the top of my blog as well. It was taken a few years back in Gateway Park just to the north side of the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, MO.

Gone Live!!!!!

New Start...New Blog!

I'm so excited about my new blog and my website that will be up live in just a day or so. I'm planning a Bridal shoot and Engagement shoot the end of this month, I'm so looking forward to it. I have taken pics of Monica in the past and am looking forward to working with her again. She is a natural beauty and a pleasure to work with. The wedding is in September.....lots to do before then!
